    • Such a fantastic book It picked up very quickly after the last book s cliffhanger ending, and then things were happening, and it was just so fantastic And it s ending, oh, boy, was like Sworn to Raise, but bigger I want to read

    • Wow Never a dull moment with Ciardis Weathervane The unsuspected continues to startle not only me but Ciardis herself, and all those who come into contact with her But we re all up for the adventure of it I have to say I just love the person that Ciardis is loyal to a fault, compassionate, innocent in her reactions and honourable.Last seen Ciardis had confronted the Shadow Mage and then somehow been teleported or transported Where Smack bang in the middle of a battle far to the frozen north is w [...]

    • I have read the first three books of this series this week, so I will review this book for itself and how it fits in with the entire series. The writing has gotten much better since the first book I did not find myself stumbling through sentences and paragraphs anywhere as much as I did on the first novel of this series There were still grammar errors and sentences that needed some work, but on the whole, it was much better and much easier to read.Ciardis seemed likable in this novel She did not [...]

    • Another great transition from one book to another for Terah Edun Ciardis Weathervane had so much happen to her in Sworn to Transfer from betrayal to blossoming love that the third book had to jump right back into the action but also provide some sort of way to get Ciardis back into the action with all the characters that I loved from the first two books since she was so removed from them Having her be in a coma solved a lot of that Being a fantasy book has it s advantageous Ciardis is thrown int [...]

    • I received an ARC copy of this book an honest review Wow this book is full of surprise, this was not what I was expecting, I love this series and I have read all three books and cant get enough of it this book jumped right in where the second one left of,Ciardis finds herself in the North, right in the middle of the war, she being unconscious for the better part of three weeks, her mage core being drained extensively she knows there s something wrong at the warfront, and is determined to find ou [...]

    • This review and on So BookaliciousIt has been a couple of months since I have read the Sworn to Transfer so it took me a while to recall what exactly happened in the previous book since this book picked up right after it Sworn to Transfer ended in the middle of a battle scene and to top it off Ciardis just find out that her life is not what she thought it was It was now up to Ciardis to uncover the whole truth about her past, her friends and her family So you can tell that she was confused abou [...]

    • The plot thickens and as I began reading book three I realized that this was not going to be a happily ever after Ciardis is thrown into the never ending war of the north and unaware of what or whom she is fighting for She quickly discovers the path of betrayal that leads further back then even Ciardis was aware of Ciardis is left to figure it out pretty much on her own as the lies and secrets that have been told to her or with held start to surface she soon discovers that she must chose between [...]

    • This is a wonderful continuation of the Courtlight Series, the third but not the final bookbut I wasn t disappointed, definitely not because half way through the book secrets are being revealed and unexpected wonderful things are happening which causes me to panic becausenOooo I won t survive a rush ending so I was happy to learn that there would be a forth book and mmm maybe a fifth book no news yet.yway I m happy with how the story progresses and how Ciardis keeps on meeting and becoming frien [...]

    • ARC Provided by Netgalley and All Night Reads for an honest review This book starts where the last one left off and cannot be read as a stand alone book.It s not quite as good as book two, but the story goes non stop and is very action packed There are many twists and turns and you never know exactly who to trust and what is going to happen next.Ciardis really shows her loyalty and innocence and we watch as she finds out about herself and the world around her We feel her pain at betrayals and u [...]

    • Another thrilling chapter in this fantasy saga for Older YA The intrigue is as thick as molasses and just as dark and sticky I can t wait to find out what happens now in this well written tale.

    • I really enjoy the storyline Sometimes the heroine comes off as a spoiled brat and the manuscripts need editing, but it s a new view of a fantastical world of magic and monsters.

    • Originally posted at City of BooksThis series really does keep getting better Sworn to Conflict is definitely my favourite so far, and I have a feeling the next book is going to top it I devoured this book in one go, since I really couldn t bring myself to stop reading The plot is jam packed with action, and there are so many shockers that got my head spinning, especially towards the end Everything s turned upside down in this book, and a lot of relationship dynamics change. At the end of Sworn t [...]

    • Notice I was provided a copy of this book for reviewing purposes. When last we left off, Ciardis Weathervane had fought with some pretty terrifying monsters, discovered she had a brother, felt betrayed by well, a lot of people it seems to be a consistent issue for her , and had drained her powers pretty well.We pick up in a completely new area of the Empire Essentially, on the border of the War that has been going on for decades The same War they keep mentioning in the rest of the novels Ciardis [...]

    • What a twist I did not see that coming, but it did make sense.Another installment in a pleasant series I will be purchasing the next trilogy soon to continue her story.

    • Oh my God so much has happened Ciardis finds her thought to be dead mother and brother and she finds out that nothing is what it seems Sebastian lied to her, war is coming and no one knows on what side they re actually fighting for.Loved this one even than the second book However there are 6 books in this series and I probably won t read them.

    • I was quite on the fence between giving this story a four star or a three star rating The author s writing has improved a lot since the first book and I found myself deeply entangled in the book right from the beginning without the disconnect that I experienced in the first book I also like the main character, Ciardis, better at the beginning of this book She is a little less stuck up and standoffish.I didn t see where why everyone seemed to like her though No one really just seemed to hate her [...]
